Hi, I’m Eliah!

I’m a mother of three and a passionate birth nerd! Seriously, I will listen to ALL the birth stories ;)

My own journey to motherhood was full of challenges, and it’s through those experiences that I discovered how vital support and education can be during the birth process. When I was pregnant with my first child, I felt overwhelmed, insecure, and unprepared for labor. I placed my trust entirely in my medical team, assuming they would guide me every step of the way. But when they started my induction and left the room, I was left alone and unsure of what to do next. It was in that moment that I realized how little I knew about trusting my own instincts as a mother.

That lack of confidence carried over into my postpartum experience, leading me to struggle with depression and a sense of disconnection from my role as a mother. I kept waiting for someone to tell me what to do, but I wasn’t learning to trust myself or my abilities.

Things shifted when I had my second child. The medical staff respected my role as a mother, giving my husband and I the time and space to bond with our daughter without interference. It was a truly beautiful experience, and I felt more confident and empowered as a mother.

By the time my third baby was born, my husband and I had learned from our previous experiences and asked my sister to act as our birth coach. Having her there was life-changing. She helped guide us, provided support, and empowered my husband to be more involved during labor. I truly felt no overwhelming pain—just a sense of strength and focus. It became clear to me that having a birth coach who truly understands a mother’s needs can make all the difference.

As a birth coach, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have extra support during labor and birth. There are countless decisions made by medical staff on a mother’s behalf, and it’s easy to feel disconnected from the process. I believe that a birth coach’s role is to advocate for you, guide you, and help you regain control over your own birth story. I’m here to ensure you are fully informed, supported, and empowered to make the decisions that are right for you and your family.

My goal is not to tell you how to birth, but to help you trust your body, your intuition, and your choices. I work with both mothers and partners to teach you pain-relief techniques, give emotional support, and make sure you have the knowledge you need to navigate labor and delivery with confidence.

Every woman deserves to feel empowered in her birth story. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to make sure you feel supported, informed, and proud of the journey you create. Together, we can make sure your story is written by you—not by anyone else.
