“I had the pleasure of being Eliah’s first client, and believe me, she is gifted.”

Gretchen C.

Woman lying in a hospital bed holding a newborn baby with medical gloves wearing a nurse or doctor's hand visible.
  • “Eliah listened to my concerns surrounding my previous traumatic birth experience, and worked with my husband and I to educate us and assist in making a birth plan for our second baby. After each meeting, I felt more hopeful, empowered, and confident that I not only had support, but also that my body would be able to handle giving birth again.

When it was time to deliver, Eliah thoroughly ensured that my desires were carried out, and she provided countless coping strategies and comfort measures to ease the labor process. My husband was also given several suggestions on how he could assist me, which helped tremendously.

Despite the fact that I needed to be induced, my labor was able to progress in a way that felt natural and peaceful, and I attribute much of the success in this regard to the great level of support I received. The hospital staff told me afterwards that they couldn’t believe this was Eliah’s first birth she had ever attended, because she was so naturally talented.

Though challenging, my birth experience was so rewarding and my view on giving birth has been changed for the better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Eliah!”

“I would love to give her 100/100 for her professionalism and her patience. ”

Monica I.

A woman holding a baby indoors near window blinds.
  • “She was so caring, gave me water, taught me how to use the sitting ball, brought some aroma oils to scent the room and relax my stress. She also advocated for me when the nurses and provider were trying to rush my delivery. She was up with me all night giving me massages and talking to me while helping me calm down and follow what she asked me to do. She is the best human I have ever set my eyes on.”

“Words can’t express how thankful I am for Eliah’s love and support with our birth!”

Natalie B.

A woman lying in a hospital bed smiling, holding a newborn baby wrapped in a blanket, with hospital equipment nearby.
  • “Having Eliah there was the absolute greatest blessing for both Chris and I. Your selfless Christlike service combined with your gentle love and constant encouragement helped me feel so brave and empowered. You truly exemplified the Savior every step of the journey and created the most beautiful atmosphere. Thank you for sacrificing so much to be at the birth. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts and will forever be a key part of our son’s story. You are the greatest birth coach and friend!”

“The doctor refused to speak to me, but Eliah was able to finally get the doctor to answer my questions.”

Alma J.

A woman with long brown hair holding a sleeping newborn baby with a red face and blond hair, in a room with wooden tables and chairs.
  • “Eliah is amazing! I loved the teaching she did in our prenatal appointments; even though I'd had children before, there was still a lot I didn't understand about the birthing process and the information she shared was really helpful for me. She also did a phenomenal job of teaching my husband different ways he could physically support me more and be involved in my labor.

Once I was actually in labor, Eliah offered relief to me both emotionally and physically; helping to calm, encourage, and relieve pain with her amazing hip squeezes!

Once in the hospital, Eliah was, once again, indispensable. The doctor refused to speak to me, but Eliah was able to finally get the doctor to answer my questions.

Eliah has a calming, reassuring presence! She does well at encouraging and teaching partners to be involved. She is sweet and yet bold when it is needed!”

“As a husband, I was nervous with my own ability to help my wife during labor. Eliah made me feel more self assured.”

Chris B.

A woman smiling during a pregnancy photo shoot with her husband and her birth coach doula helping with her belly. They are in a comfortable home feeling happy and safe as they learn about birth.
  • “Her lessons gave practical ways for me to help my wife feel comfortable and supported as she progressed. During the 42 hour labor, Eliah communicated with us promptly, she stayed with my wife despite the long labor, and advocated for our own personal goals. I am grateful for Eliah’s help and would recommend her to any couple thinking about a doula or for any birthing partner hoping to learn more about how they can be a support.”

Hi, I’m Eliah!

I’m a mother of three and as certified fertility, birth, and postpartum doula, I am also a passionate birth nerd!

Using my doula training to coach couples, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have extra support during labor and birth. There are countless decisions made by medical staff on a mother’s behalf, and it’s easy to feel disconnected from the process. I believe that a birth coach’s role is to advocate for you, guide you, and help you maintain control in writing your own birth story. I’m here to ensure you are fully informed, supported, and empowered to make the decisions that are right for you and your family.

My goal is not to tell you how to birth, but to help you trust your body, your intuition, and your ability to understand the choices available to you within your unique circumstances. I work with both mothers and partners to teach you pain-relief techniques, give emotional support, and make sure you have the knowledge you need to navigate labor and delivery with confidence.

Every woman deserves to feel empowered in her birth story. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, I’m here to make sure you feel supported, informed, and proud of the journey you create. Together, we can make sure your story is written by you—not by anyone else.
